Lunching on rue Montorgueil in le Marais
That rue Montorgueil is an authentic Parisian location for dejeuner goes without saying. The restaurants are many and the streetscape is always changing and fascinating. Dejeuner is good, without being salubrious, and the prices are very reasonable. A slice of terrine, a slapping of pickled eel to be followed by grilled salmon and lapin, all washed down with a cheeky cote du Rhone. Such a nice way to watch the world go by, or at least a small and interesting Parisian part of it.
